Shipment will be made open account and shipping charge added to your invoice. Canadian and overseas customers should pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card or a check drawn on a US bank. Returns must be made within 30 days and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Turnaround
All stock orders are shipped within 48 hours from receiving your order, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm ET. Custom order shipments vary according to the complexity of your order. A Kilbourne & Kilbourne representative will be in touch to discuss the estimated delivery date.
Carriers
We use FedEx to deliver our orders -- we can not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will provide you with the tracking information upon request.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the total dollar amount of your products, your chosen shipping option, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of your desired shipping option will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You may be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
